2020 Napa Valley Blanc de Blancs

For over 40 years, Madame de Latour welcomed guests with a glass of Beaulieu Vineyard sparkling wine made on her estate. Back then, and still today, a toasty bouquet of citrus and nectarine notes leaps from the glass. Full and deep with racy acidity and a long finish, this wine was one of Madame's most cherished offerings. Now, Beaulieu Vineyard is proud to bring her beloved Blanc de Blancs back to our portfolio.

This Beaulieu Vineyard Carneros Blanc de Blancs captivates the eyes with its sparkling straw color and delights the nose with an effervescence of bright citrus, lime zest and green apple scents. Leavened, toasty aromas of fresh-baked brioche and rich hazelnut are prelude to a palate of almond croissant, white peach, Anjou pear, and lemongrass flavors. Medium-bodied, crisp and pert, this wine’s refreshing acidity is well-balanced and glazed by the delicate, smooth taste of white chocolate, light honey, and marzipan that spills through its sumptuously luscious and creamy finish.
